1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-10 Business Days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and conveyed as per the estimates given by the shipping company depending on the weight, volume, destination country and state, delivery time i.e expedited shipping or standard shipping
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all over India and International locations subject to availability of courier or delivery services.
Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Carriers
We use the reputed carriers, other transport / courier companies subject to location serviced or transport suggested by buyers.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Remington Steel Arts is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
